Tiffany Matthews with the Bartos Group is the realtor with whom I worked. Tiffany had worked with me for several years as I looked at a variety of real estate properties on Marco Island. While I was not ready to purchase anything at the time we interacted, she continued to remain in contact with me in a very informal and pleasant way absolutely no pressure whatsoever but keeping me aware of the market and properties for which I may have an interest. Consequently, when it came time to list my property, I had no hesitation whatsoever as to who the realtor would be; it had to be Tiffany. She is extraordinarily honest, ethical, very responsive, and enormously helpful. Two minutes after my property went on the market, we had three people interested in viewing our home. By the end of the afternoon our property was sold. Clearly, Tiffany had helped us price our home appropriately. Honestly, I cant say enough wonderful things about Tiffany and the Bartos group as a whole.

In todays housing environment, the Bartos group excels with not only tirelessly working with new clients but keeping up with existing clients. Our experience buying in Naples was difficult but Mary and her team never let up. After our purchase, we recommended Mary and her team to our neighbor who needed to sell her property due to the unfortunate loss of her husband (not to COVID). Mary ensured the sale was painless and took care of everything for our neighbor. We recently joined the Bartos Group for one of their Client Appreciation Days on the beach. Open air with social distancing observed. All food and beverages were supplied and a fun day was had meeting other homeowners who bought through the Bartos Group. The Bartos Group is professional, courteous and aims to ensure their clients have all the information and help needed for making the right decision especially with new housing going up so fast that somethings may be overlooked during construction. Bartos cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to help.

When my father died, we needed to put his condominium up for sale. Mary Bartos represented us and was not only extremely friendly but very quickly put together a wonderful online presence with virtual walk-through tours of the condo plus overhead drone views of the surrounding area. Within only three weeks we had a buyer. We got what we were hoping for in the sale and were represented efficiently at enduring all the formalities.
