Sabina is a great realtor! She is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions. She is very supportive and made me feel comfortable with buying a new home. Ann was very helpful with the sale of my mother’s home. She is knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of real estate. Any time a problem popped up she reached out to people outside of her profession to get the work done. We will do business again with her and her team.

Garrick has been our go-to realtor for years and this latest experience with him and his team confirmed why we've always worked with him. He is knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and patient. He is always willing to answer any question, walk us through a process that we don't understand, and support us at all hours of the day. He's very prompt with communication and takes his role as our guide through the process of buying or selling a home very seriously. Cole did a great job with helping sell my property. He was always available for questions, did multiple open houses, and most important was him keeping the buyers lender on track and engaged. Without Cole staying in constant communication with the lender the deal could've easily fell apart. Behind the scenes The Olerud Team was also great with marketing the property and the wealth of knowledge and experience

Bret Michelle Doll stuck with us through two months our continuing question “have you heard anything yet?” as we waited for answers to be able to close on our home. She was on top of everything and handled the unique and stressful situation we encountered with ease. Our experience with Brett Doll was extraordinarily pleasant and wonderful! She is knowledgable, courteous, patient and always smiling. Will always call her if we ever need to look for, or sell a home again. Is a pleasure to know her. The staff who took the pictures and made the virtual tour were also very nice; and the virtual tour was extremely professional.
