Lisa is excellent to work with. A strong steady voice of reason that truly has your back ! She is super responsive to all your needs ( big, small, crazybor reasonable ), keeps you informed, explains any and all details and complexities of your real estate transaction such that a novice/rookie can understand fully and acts as that pillar of stability and calming when there are those " bumps " that pop up along the way. Lisa was recommenced to me through a new friend during a very difficult time in life. My husband passed and I was not able to stay in the home we shared. I fought the buying process, but Lisa made it easy. She listened to what I wanted and needed. She answered every question I had. She let me cry as we looked at house after house after house. By the time I decided I finally felt comfortable with a particular house someone had already put in an offer. I remember Lisa telling me that if it is meant to be it will be, that she has seen houses go under contract and come back on the market so we kept looking. I found another house I was ok with and put in an offer. My offer was not accepted and that very same day the house I originally wanted became available again and I purchased it. Lisa didn’t just want to sell a house, she wanted me to be comfortable in finding somewhere that would be my home, somewhere that after everything that has happened I felt comfortable being. I am forever grateful for how caring and compassionate she was during this difficult time.

Lisa was amazing! From the time my husband and I called her to inquire about the house that we were interested in (which is now the home we own!), she was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure the questions we asked were promptly answered. As first time home buyers, we were a little nervous and unsure about the process but Lisa was there to help us every step of the way. She always answered her phone, texts or emails whenever we had a question or issue. I can’t recommend Lisa enough, and if anyone we personally know ever needed a realtor, we would send them her way without hesitation. We LOVE our new home - thank you, Lisa Veillion!!
