What a gift it was to have Julia on our team. Crazy times in the market today and its volatility, so having an extremely well organized agent bringing her detailed and conscientious ways to our sale experience was priceless. There were multiple occasions when we would just look at each other with confidence that the new bit of craziness would be handled perfectly by Julia. The amazing thing is in her professional DNA she was still in sync with our personal battle of selling a home left to us with a recent life loss. I needed to sell some land up between Mesa and Powderhorn. Julia was an obvious best choice for this as this is her home turf. She knows land and houses inside and out. The house we were closing on the house had some issues, not related to Julia, but she made sure I was informed with everything happening so I never had to reach out myself to ask for an update. I want my friends to move out her just so I can recommend Julia :) I cannot thank her enough for everything she’s done for us with our first home buying process. She is incredible. Don’t change a thing, Julia! Also, we’re still obsessed with our welcome basket. Such a cute touch!

I recently purchased a parcel of land in Mesa Co.from Julia Gross with Next Home. Julia not only served as my agent but did a marvelous job of keeping in contact and answering every question I asked. Also, Julia lives in the area and knows it well.

Julia invited engineers and builders to every meeting to help me understand the potential of the area better.

I have nothing but praise for her a reality agent, She would excel in most professional jobs that require a knowledge of the business, knowledge of the area and its specifics regarding land forms, geology, water issues and so forth.
