If I had another house to sell I would not hesitate to call Kerry. He was very communicative which I greatly appreciated. I like how his team went in and took pictures of the house and uploaded them for the online lookers to see. I also like that I received an email that let me know when an appointment was scheduled to see the house. It was all-around a great experience and I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise!!

To whom it my concern: I had such a positive interaction with Realtor/Broker Kerry Dunn as I was purchasing property in Kansas from out of State. He was there to answer all questions and I had plenty. Kerry also coordinated with the Seller to make sure my repair request list was completed without a hassle. I called him mornings, afternoon, and evenings with a different time zones I might add. He never once said my hours are from blank to blank if he didn’t answer my call immediately there was a return call soon after. I’ll definitely do business with him again.
