Alicia Rivas

Alicia was amazing during the entire process from our first meeting where we met over coffee to discuss the process (this was our first house!) to the final closing signatures. She was insightful and provided guidance when it was needed and gave us enough space to make our own decisions and take our time as well. We were deciding on a house from abroad which added to the process, but Alicia took it all in stride, accommodating time differences and bad internet connections. It was great working with Alicia and would do so again in the future, but hopefully not too soon!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a condo. Alicia set herself apart from all the other agents I dealt with by sending me only those homes that fit within the parameters I had outlined. She is courteous and professional and always willing to go the extra mile. She goes out of her way to make things go smoothly and she offers only sound suggestions. I really can't say enough good things about her.

We were VERY pleased with the work Alicia did for us. She guided us through a pretty good sized hiccup on the buyer's part (i.e. she held our hand!) and everything went smooth as silk after that. Not only is she extremely professional, she's also just a really nice person. We'd recommend her to anyone, anytime.
