Kathy is very experienced and did a great job insuring we had all documentation for the buyers and worked well with us to use professional photography to create a strong listing. We had showings almost immediately and was able to obtain offers relatively quickly for such a high priced home. Kathy was very responsive to both ourselves and the buyers. Kathy Massey is an outstanding realtor and becomes a great friend. She keeps you informed every step of your home purchase and closing. She also referred us to an excellent inspector. She will update you on progress and problems. On the day of our move in she brought some furniture from Houston to Bryan Tx for us and some cleaning supplies, this action is not in her job description but that is up and beyond. She is the Realtor you want.

She answers all questions in the simplest of terms and helps guide you with her years of experience. She is a kind soul, a diamond in the rough, a true catch as a realtor!
