Tom Howell has had a passion for real estate since graduating from Virginia Tech before the housing crisis began. Toms passion grew over the last 11+ years while working as a Senior Asset Manager specializing in real estate acquisition, evaluation, and management of $75M+ real estate fund securitizations. He especially enjoys the beaches, southern/coastal restaurants, golf and especially how dog-friendly the area is. Tom is the VP & Treasurer of Palmetto DockDogs, and spends much of his free time with his Labrador Retriever Duchess training her for the Dockdogs World Championships.
