We couldn’t have picked a better realtor than Chad Duffaut. He has so much knowledge applicable to buying a new and perfect house. As new home buyers we weren’t nervous for one second. His recommendations and patience with the process was admirable and appreciated. The market was selling houses so fast, but he never faltered in our wishes and integrity of the experience. He went above and beyond- showing us WELL over 20 houses all over the city. Sometimes there were four and five a day. He was diligent and efficient with paperwork. He made sure we were taken care of, happy, and most importantly safe. The next house we purchase, will be a Chad Duffaut house. Such a wonderful soul.
