Chrissy did a wonderful job from start to finish. She researched the market and recommended the selling price. She had two open houses the following weekend with approximately 20 groups each day. We were lucky enough to have multiple offers which she carefully investigated each one and made a grid for us to follow. Once an offer was accepted, she made sure to continue to keep us up to date on the status and guided us throughout the closing.

Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

We moved across the country and by chance our realtor from out west introduced us to Chrissy, and we are very thankful for that. Chrissy is a wonderful realtor and person in general. She had offers on our house in within the first 24 hrs of it going live, and we were able to selected an offer, with her help & expertise, 4 days after and close in less than 45 days. We had a lot going on with selling our house in MA and buying one out west, and she was able to help us through all the things that came up.
