Alex was a complete professional in the way she handled the sale of our home. We were out of state during the sale, and she helped to manage any issues we had with contractors and access to the home during the sale period.
Also everything with signing of paperwork was done in a timely manner, and with no delay.

I actually ended up buying a recommendation of hers that I hadn't even seen! Extremely helpful throughout the entire pricey and made me feel like a priority! 5 star. I have a really odd work schedule and Alex was able to work with me on that. We were able to do a lot of things by email and DocuSign that saved me time off work. Alex was willing to drive to different counties to help me find the home I was looking for. When we finally found that home, Alex was on the ball and assisted with any and all questions regarding the property and closing.

We had a great experience with Alex. She was able to adapt to our ever changing timeline. Alex stayed with us, answering every question and need. She helped us get the best price for our house even during a pandemic. Alex went out of her way to help get our house seen. She adapted to our schedule so we weren't inconvenienced during the showings process even with young children.

We came to Alex not knowing anything about the home buying process and she was able to give us all the info we needed to know in a way we could understand. She was always quick to respond and has a great personality! She worked with us every step up the way to make sure we got it right and had local contacts to make sure we weren’t getting over charged for our loan.
