Kristy went above and beyond in order to ensure our family found the perfect home. She responded immediately to any questions or requests, walked through homes so we could tour them virtually, and always showed up early and well prepared for appointments. Kristy gave knowledgable insights when asked, and space when our family needed to discuss things internally. As a relatively new member of the Army, with a hectic schedule, Kristy was always willing to assist in finding a home - for months on end. Regardless of when I would reach out to her to schedule a showing, put in an offer, or simply ask a question, she would always respond in a timely manner. She always had answers to my questions and offered suggestions that helped me out in the end. Kristy was amazing! This market is hard for buyers right now and not only did she get us the perfect house in the perfect location, but she made it happen in two months! We were working with an inexperienced sellers agent and frustrating sellers who almost caused the transaction to stop, but Kristy’s experience and professionalism saved the day and made our closing happen against the odds. Kristy did an amazing job selling our home for us. We live out of state and was not there take care of things. Kristy was very responsive and kept us informed on everything. She had showings for our home within 24 hours of listing it and we accepted an offer within a week. Kristy assisted us in completing the paperwork and provided an attorney to represent us.

When we were looking for a rental in Moore county Kristy was amazing in helping us so when it became time to buy our first home Kristy was our go to choice. Without her it would have been a very hectic process. She was extremely responsive and on top of the ball both in finding our dream home and dealing with sellers agent. She went to bat for us multiple times to ensure a smooth process that frankly would have fallen through if it wasn't for her. Kristy did an outstanding job as our realtor and we highly recommend her. We put our house on the market while out of state, which we expected would make the selling process difficult for us. Kristy, however, took care of every aspect of getting our home ready for sale. She definitely went above and beyond for us by acting as an intermediary with our property management company, recommending and implementing improvements to the home and landscape, and keeping us informed through the entire selling process.
