Jason is a fantastic listing agent, he went above and beyond to ensure my house was in excellent shape to bring top dollar. I live out of town and he arraigned contractors, met them at the house, performed hands on assistance at the last minute with time constraints to ensure the house showed well and sold. We were able to obtain a closing for near asking price in a short period post-listing. You need to hire Jason if you are listing a property.
