Stephanie grew up in the Bay Area and later graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. Her real estate career began 20+ years ago after purchasing her first investment property in the Bay Area. She acted as a sales representative for U.C. Berkeley Foundation's real estate gift acquisition program and managed all foundation-owned life estate properties. She received multiple awards from U.C. Berkeley for her special contribution and service to the campus.

Stephanie turned what seemed like a pipe dream into a reality.
Growing up in California and seeing the prices of homes I never believed I would be able to afford the home- I envisioned for my family in the Bay Area. Out of curiosity, knowing that she had a wealth of experience in the field, I reached out to her to see what I might need in the future to get a home and see how far away that would be (I truly envisioned in the next three years). To my absolute surprise, she let me know that my dream was so much closer than I thought!
Buying a home for the first time can be so daunting. Stephanie did a phenomenal job educating me on our family’s options to finance and purchase our home. She addressed all of our concerns, let us know about the expected fees, the unexpected fees, what was important to look for in our home, and was open and transparent with us with all the negotiations as we searched for homes together.

I don't think there's any need to explain how stressful buying a house in the bay area can be. I just got the key to my new house last week, which is wonderful, but it was also a very difficult and trying transaction. Fortunately for me my agent just happened to be a real estate Ninja! Steph did all of the things right and went above and beyond for much of it. From listening to what I wanted and actively looking for things that fit the description, to going through the acceptance letter point by point, to communicating directly with my attorney and escrow, to playing hardball with the seller, and most importantly, calming my nerves while I was a frazzled mess - she was my champion! Immediately after Steph took me on my second viewing of my dream home I went out of town and she submitted the bid while I was away. We countered back-and-forth three times all via phone/text/email. But Steph had a vacation planned and by the time my offer was accepted she was in Denmark. Did that stop her from calling me to let me know that my offer was accepted? No it did not. But then things got sticky: This was a cash offer with 21 days to close and with 18 days left I ran into a problem with the funds. Oh the stress of it all!
