Me and my husband were only 20 when we moved down to Mississippi for his first station. We had no idea where to start for a finding a home. From video walkthroughs with the wife and myself to following up with the property after a storm necessitated repairs, she really did so much more than anyone could expect or ask of a realtor. Amanda was very diligent in her work. She updated information on a regular basis for houses available and what we should be looking for in house being military. She showed my husband around for two days and did not pressure him into making a decision until both of us were ready to commit to one.

Amanda was knowledgeable in the market and what we needed to do as new buyers to have a successful closing. She was quick to answer questions at any time of the day if there was a pressing need. Plus she was patient with us when we asked several questions since it was our first time buying a home.

Amanda was happily flexible and very patient with my wife and me as we deviated from our list to search up this street and down that street chasing for sale signs. She was able to put together a “for rent” to “for sale” deal in a matter of hours and got us in the house we wanted. Amanda also helped us avoid further travel by meeting the inspector at the house after we had to head back out of town. I can surely say that we couldn’t have done it without her.
