Dually licensed in both Nevada and California, Jennifer is a seasoned real estate agent and founder of the Las Vegas division of The New Home Experts.
Having worked for some of the most prestigious builders and developers in the country, including DR Horton, Lennar and MGM Resorts International’s CityCenter project, Jennifer understood that having a team of dedicated agents that work exclusively with new home buyers was an important need that needed to be filled in our marketplace.

She brings her extensive knowledge of the builder experience and her twelve years residency in Las Vegas to every client looking to purchase a new home. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Boston University and has been a licensed realtor since 2002.

With over a decade of sales and marketing experience in Las Vegas new homes, Stephanie has extensive knowledge of both the buyer and builder experience, providing her clients with key insights on each stage of their new home purchase. Stephanie has worked with the nation’s top new home builders, including Toll Brothers, Pulte Homes and Ryland Homes. With this unique perspective of the new home building process, Stephanie recognizes what matters most to buyers and guides their path to new home ownership.
