Amy and Becky were incredible advocates during our home buying and relocation process. While we were 1000 miles away from our destination home, they were on top of viewing our home and arranging a facetime for us to see it, as well. The process of coordinating a relocation it bereft with stress, but Amy and Becky were consistently there to offer their professional insights and reassurance when we most needed them. From the onset, Amy and Becky approached us with empathy, confidence, and deep knowledge of their industry. They clearly stated the sequence of events but empowered us with information and guidance.

GUIDANCE. We spoke. They listened. They understood our plight from the very beginning and made sound recommendations.
EMPATHY. Relocating is considered to be one of the most highly emotional life events. At the end of our first meeting, their parting words were that they would treat our home with respect and treat us like family. They kept their promise.

My grandson and I worked with Amy to purchase a condo. Living out of state and not going to FL for the process, I relied heavily on Amy. We met with Becky and Amy with the understanding that we needed a full service experience in a listing agent. This meant house staging, cleaning, showing, final clearing/cleaning and closing. The house got multiple offers and Becky did a great job presenting them. Ultimately we were able to close within a month. Amy was amazing. She gave us FaceTime walk through for a number of houses since we live out of the area. She helped us make reasonable offers, and when the right one came along, she was there every step answering all our questions. She gave us good recommendations for insurance and utilities and other services. Most importantly she was honest in giving her opinion regarding things like feel of the neighborhood, smell of the house, etc., things we couldn’t see from out of town. We feel like she was truly looking out for us and not out to just sell us a house.

It was pure destiny that we ended up working with Becky and Amy, and we could not have asked for better realtors and friends on the marathon of buying and selling our homes. Our situation was tricky and quite difficult but they worked very diligently to make it happen. The pair tag team which is quite helpful as opposed to working with just one realtor. Their experience, knowledge, and persistence is undoubtably what helped us get into our next home and we can not be more grateful! They make you feel like you’re their only clients; they will fight for you and will walk beside you through the whole process without over burdening. I don’t think I can put into words how much Becky helped us. We had a very tight deadline to decide if we were getting a house or resigning our lease to stay in an apartment. We were able to find an house and be under contract in just a few days. I am a first time home buyer so to say that I needed guidance would be an understatement. Becky really held my hand through the entire process. She was able to make great connections to get a loan quickly and really move on the entire process. We had the pleasure of being with Amy at the time of closing and she was extremely helpful.
