As first-time home buyers, we can't say enough good things about Kelsi. We met her at an open house that we went to on a whim, and are so glad that we did. She jumped right on getting us all the necessary information we needed to take the next steps. She was able to walk us through the entire process and answer every question we had in a way that made us feel confident in our decisions. She truly went above and beyond, being incredibly proactive and a great negotiator. She has remained in contact with us after closing and even spoke to the sellers on our behalf to address some minor issues. It is very clear to me that Kelsi loves what she does, and I couldn't recommend her more.

I had flown to Montana to meet with another realtor to view properties over my 4 day visit I’m glad That Realtor was not available Kelsi was recommended to me my family member Upon calling Kelsi the night of my arrival late I might add Kelsi had agreed to meet me at a few pieces of property the next morning When we had met up at first property she had given me well logs as well as detailed map of property layout with all elevations and survey marks and pass tax records which I thought was the greatest we walked the property checked lot limits. I told her I was very interested no need to see other properties after returning to my home in California Kelsi negotiated the price with seller got me all documents set up time line for loan what I should put down was in contact with me via emails and phone calls until the day of closing She had also recommended local contractors for installation of well which I’ve already contracted. Also negotiating for septic contractor and propane all referred by Mrs Wildman Due to all of her good deeds I’m now the owner of 13 beautiful acres and set up to get all utility all in by the end of year guess I’ll be moving a year earlier will start my build next spring. If anybody need a agent for anything pertaining to homes,land probably commercial as well This is your One Stop shop Kelsi your the Bomb and thanks for all you did hope I wasn’t a pain when I start my home will send you pics as I build invite you and your Family up for barbecue party as a special thanks for your awesome work on securing my for my retirement home Thx again Mr Westervoorde

I’m not even sure where to begin with how wind and supportive Kelsi was from the very beginning and initial phases of selling&buying contemplations to walking us through each and every step. With acting as the selling and buying agent for our family, on both ends we had situations unique and at time somewhat stressful. Throughout these situations Kelsi remained professional, confident, most importantly a strong advocate for our family. She helped us get our forever home and went exceptional lengths to make this happen. We highly recommend her as an agent!

Kelsi was amazing from beginning to end! She was “boots on the ground” for us, keeping us updated and informed. She deserves hazard pay for having to work with the extremely difficult sellers of the first home with whom we were under contract. That home couldn’t get completed in time to meet closing deadlines. Fortunately, she found us a more beautiful home that fits our personalities, and that is more our style. We LOVE it!

The first home we tried to purchase in Montana was a complete disaster due to a very unethical broker for the sellers. The only bright spot was Kelsi Wildman and Amber, who were our realtors. They fought and fought for us but never were unprofessional. Kelsi found us our dream home and were were in it within threee weeks!!! Can never say enough great thinks about Kelsi, Amber and Sheri Sanchez with Mann Mortgage!!!!!! Thank you Kelsi and God Bless!!!!

Kelsi is the best agent out there. She made the home buying process SO EASY. When I say EASY, I mean E A S Y. I was out of state for my entire home buying process (moving to MT soon) and I never had to worry about missing anything because Kelsi was right there and available for showings and for any questions that came up. She was even able to refer to me a few local lenders.
She walked me through the entire home buying process and I honestly was so thankful because I never had to worry about anything and if I wasn't certain about something, she kindly explained and clarified. Not being from MT and unfamiliar with its surroundings, she offered honest and straightforward advice which is extremely important when you are not familiar with cities or and neighborhoods. It's not about a quick sale for her and I truly felt cared for throughout my home buying process. Please do not hesitate to hire her, you would be remiss if you did. She is 5 stars and above. Kelsi is such a pleasure to work with. Kelsi listens well and her enthusiasm is endless. She was always ready to answer a phone call or text. Not being from the area, we had lots of questions. Kelsi represented us on our first out of state purchase and was responsive to our needs. She went out of her way to make the long distance drive to tour the home for us and take video's in order for us to preview the property.
