Hannah did a great job throughout my home buying process. She worked around my busy schedule. Took video tours of potential homes to help narrow down our search. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions. She was able to walk me through the process all the way to closing.

I had a million questions and she was always there with answers. She made me feel comfortable and supported me through the whole process. Third time was a charm! Hannah became my third realtor in my 10 month search for a home. Hannah and I spent several weeks, driving hundreds of miles across Maine to find my perfect home. She was always quick to respond and show me the properties I was interested in. Together, we made three offers and yet again, third time was a charm and now I'm loving my new home. I can't recommend her enough! She is persistent, professional and went above and beyond for me.

I couldn't of asked for a better agent she was very knowledgeable and made sure to keep us updated along the way and made the process go flawless. Hannah did a fantastic job as my agent and I would highly recommend her. She exceeded my expectations. I work a midnight shift so my availability times are well outside of the normal business hours. She made herself available around the clock which made things very easy for me. Her husband even helped me with troubleshooting a minor issue with my new home's heating system. When it was all said and done, I felt like a made a few new friends. I'll look forward to seeing her daughter run around my background when I have my first BBQ of the Summer.

Hannah was truly the driving force behind the purchase of our home. She made numerous calls and set up many appointments to make sure that the house would pass the bank's appraisal and approval process on time. She helped up negotiate with the sellers to fix some issues in the house so that we could move in to a house that was ready for inhabitants.

She was super knowledgable and very helpful throughout the entire process, and we would recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

I live in Florida, I had a home in Maine. Hannah's name was given to me by a friend who spoke very hi of her. I thought what the heck I'd give her a try. Put my house on market on Friday sold it that Sunday sign papers 30 days later. Easiest thing I've ever done. And now I owe her a lake ride on horseback and can't wait to meet her in person. She's the best.

Hannah did an awesome job helping us find the perfect home! She took all our wants and needs into consideration and when we finally found the perfect place she worked hard to make sure everything came together as quickly and efficiently as possible.
