I currently live in NY and contacted Angela looking for a 2nd home in the Palm Coast area. She worked with me to determine a few properties to look at when I came down and showed me some areas that I didn’t find searching on my own. I went back to NY with a better understanding of the area and what I was looking for. She continued to send me properties and within a month she sent me one I was interested in and ended up putting an offer in. I started looking beginning of November and was in my new condo before the end of the year. She was very helpful, which is exactly what I needed as a remote buyer. Angela truly defines Humans over Houses. In the highly competitive market we were looking to buy in, she had the patience and willingness to “keep going” for us. She rooted for us all the way, wrote up contract after contract, responded to texts all hours of the night and asked any questions we had for the sellers. She is a great videographer too! Angela was at the absolutely best realtor or a state agent I have ever dealt with. I have lived everywhere in the world, from Europe to the Pacific, and across the United States, due to being in the military. And so I have experienced a lot of good and not so good realtors but I've never experienced the best, The absolute best, till now. I highly recommend her, and I am so thankful for everything she's done to help me as a buyer. She's available anytime any day for anything, and that's what I really appreciated most, and she had no delay in responding to any message or text or anything else. Angela is a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor who went the extra mile for us when we were seeking to buy a home in Cape Coral, FL. We were living in Tallahassee and getting ready to retire to Cape Coral. Based on our requirements, she sent us many suggested homes via email.
