This the third time that I have worked with Doug and Adriane to either buy or sell a home. Each experience that I have had with them has been great! Even in this crazy market that we are experiencing, Doug and Adriane worked aggressively with me to see the homes I was interested in, get the offer in (like 30 minutes later), send the docs for me to sign, and waited patiently with me for us to hear back. In the end, I was able to put in an offer on a home that seemed like the perfect fit and because time is of the essence in today's market and due to Doug and Adriane working so quickly I was able to put the home under contract.

I had no idea what to expect or what I wanted, besides a real home. Doug and Adrian Witcher basically held my hand through every detail, calmed my fears , lifted me up when things didn’t go the way I thought they would. They pointed out things about homes ( good and bad) that I had no idea to look for. The Witcher’s make you feel like more than just a client. They really do treat you like a part of the family. Doug and Adriane were the best realtors we could have ever asked for! We had been out with one realtor previously in our area who barely spoke to us and knew little about the homes we viewed. We took a chance and did a random search for realtors for a property we wanted to see and got matched up with Doug and Adriane. They were always available when we called or text them and were open to doing viewings whenever was convenient for us. They met us at the home and walked us through the entire home and pointed out things alone the way that they noticed from their many years of experience. As first time gome buyers we had many questions and weren't really sure what to be looking for in a home but Doug and Adriane had us covered! They were answering questions we didn't even know we needed to ask! They gave us sound advice and always had our best interest in mind.
