Sam listened and prepared well for a quick stop to look over some properties. His knowledge of the area and the options for land which we were interested made it much easier to cut down the number of sites to visit and gave us time to think on it before making a major decision. Helpful even after the sale and looking forward to having him as a great resource as we move into the building stage! Great listener and helpful to say the least!

We have to say that Sam stands out as one of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Days before our first interaction, Sam called to spend some time just talking with us, getting to know us and find out what kind of property we were interested in instead of just parading us through neighborhoods. He not only found a house that would work for us, but also found an apartment for my mother-in-law, who had a very long list of “must haves”. That was in 2019. Since that time he’s helped us to sell a home, buy another property and will be listing another one for us, despite the pandemic! You don’t have to worry about anything when Sam is involved. He will be 2 steps ahead and think of things you wouldn’t. If you need an answer to a question he will have it or get it for you. If you need to know who can help you with a project, he’ll have a name for you. He’s going to make sure you understand and are comfortable with everything happening during the process of buying and selling and will make it fun! We feel very fortunate to have met Sam.
