My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Bette on the purchase of a cottage at The Shores on SPI. We closed just two weeks after going under contract so Bette had to scramble to ensure the closing could occur in a timely manner. And she got it done! Bette was responsive, courteous, professional and so very competent.

Bette was absolutely wonderful!!! She showed me about 30 different properties but when the perfect one came on the market she was on top of getting me an appointment to view and we were under contract 19 hours after the property came on the market. I couldn’t of done this without her expert knowledge, professionalism and enormous patience. I have exactly the home I wanted at a great price. I highly recommend Bette and all the crew at Next Door!

Bette was amazing. She was so patient with all of questions, concerns, and changes. The process started in June and ended in March. While it wasn't a continuous search and not always complete party present. She knew what I wanted and kept it in mind while showing properties to my husband while I was out of state. She was such a blessing during the search for our new home. I love the house she helped us find and will always be thankful.

My wife and I live out of state and we recently purchased a vacation condo in South Padre.

Bette was great to work with! We were originally using a lender in our home state who was also licensed in Texas. We started having issues with our lender and Bette recommended a local lender who got the deal done and saved us a ton of money.

Everytime I called her or needed something she was on it. My wife and I both really enjoyed working with her and we will call Bette again when we buy our next condo.

I highly recommend Bette Sorokwasz for any future property purchase! We purchased our Condo as a second home and was unfamiliar with the process of purchasing a property in an area that we do not reside. She spent countless hours answering our questions, working with the selling agent, our finance company, and the Title company to ensure everything was done correctly and promptly.

My husband and I are very thankful for all that she did to assist in this purchase. She is professional and yet friendly and welcoming so that no question feels as if you, the buyer is asking a dumb question! Thank you Bette for your time, expertise, and knowledge in helping us purchase a place for ourselves, children, and grandchildren to create many years of memories!
