Gracia and David are amazing! We had a very unique property to sell and we were also looking for a specific new location and they made it all happen. During the sale of our home, Gracia helped guide us through multiple obstacles and along the way maintained an infectious positive and upbeat attitude about everything. Gracia did a wonderful job helping us buy our first home. She was aggressive with negotiations and was available all day everyday if we had any questions. I don't have the words to say how much I appreciate the job Gracia did. She went above and beyond to take care of us and was on top of any little issues that came about. Being first time home buyers there was so much we didn't know but Gracia was wonderful at leading us through all the steps to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.
I would highly recommend her as a realtor! Anyone would be blessed to have her help you with your housing needs.

I'm 100% truthful when I say that there is not a more qualified realtor in "getting the job done" and caring for the clients needs through each step of the selling and buying process. Many aspects of this "change in life" are not known until your in the middle of it and are clueless. Gracia was always one step ahead and prepared us so nothing was a surprise. If you need a realtor that "takes care of business" She is the go to girl.

Gracia helped us locate the house we purchased. She helped us work through a situation where we went under contract with the house we purchased while our house was under contract. However the buyers of our house backed out due to financing problems. Gracia helped us to work things out with the sellers as we worked on getting our house sold. It went down to the wire but she was great at making it all fit together.

Gracia did a wonderful job helping us find a second home in the Bozeman area. As we were looking from long distance, Gracia did a lot of legwork, forwarding listings, scouting properties, getting information, Facetiming with us and making suggestions. We found her to be a joy and very pleasant to work. We eventually found just the right property thanks to her hard work, and she was very competent in making sure the transaction went through smoothly. Even after the purchase, she continued to go the extra mile. We highly recommend Gracia!
