Toni was absolutely instrumental in helping my son and me purchase the condo we wanted! The property was exactly what we were looking for but the timeframe for viewing it and making an offer was extremely short. Plus, there was already at least one acceptable offer from another buyer. Given less than one day to submit a bid, Toni masterfully and speedily arranged for us to examine the property, assess the price, and make a competitive (but not excessive) offer. Our bid was accepted and we were thrilled! Toni then supported us through the rest of the process—from inspections to closing. There was some give-and-take along the way but the negotiations were always pleasant and fair.
