We needed to move on short notice for a new job so we decided to sell our house as-is. We thought an iBuyer company was the way to go, so we disclosed all the electrical and plumbing issues up front, and everything seemed to be moving along just fine. Then at the last second they pulled out, leaving us with a fast approaching move date and no buyer. David and Kristin swooped in so fast with a whole team of inspectors and contractors in their wake. They got us a great cash offer and got it closed in plenty of time for us to close on a new house close to work. Amazing.
