We have worked with Sharmila twice in the last couple of years with the sale of our home and an investment property. Each time she was great...hardworking and sincere. She helped us tremendously with the home staging to make the property look its best before putting it on the market. In addition to recommending a very good stager, she even brought her own personal accessories to save us money and achieve the best result. Sharmila also was a huge help during price negotiations and during the actual sale when we happened to be out of the country. She managed to get multiple offers and move things along in our absence and get the sale done. We really like Sharmila and highly recommend her as a Realtor.

I have done 3 real estate transactions using Sharmila's services. I can speak highly enough of her as a real estate agent but most importantly as a person. My last transaction was a buyer and it was highly stressful and complicated. Sharmila was there at every step. She is patient, knowledgeable and has great contacts (inspectors, insurance agents, etc). She is always reachable and a great communicator. As I side note, I lock myself out of my previous property (which Sharmila help me sell) not once but twice (D'oh!) but not to worry Sharmila came to the rescue with a spare key. We purchased a brand new build by Perry Homes in the Rancho Sienna subdivision in Georgetown. We reached out to Sharmila after we had selected the home. Sharmila helped us with our walk through, the inspection, bargaining for the home price, and the full process through close. Additional help included reviewing comparable homes in the area, considering the pre-owned properties in the neighborhood too (so got the full experience shopping for our home and knowledge that we picked the home we wanted). I made the false assumption early in the process that buyers do not need a buyers agent when purchasing a new home. My thought process was, it is a brand new home, why would I need an agent? I thought that real estate agents were only needed for pre-owned home purchases. I was so wrong! There are so many steps in a new build process. Note: our home purchase was on a move in ready home; we did not go through the full process of picking a lot, home design and customization.

Sharmila encouraged us to get a home inspector. Again, I thought, why? It's a new build, what could possibly be wrong? I was so inexperienced and not knowledgeable about the process. With Sharmila's continued guidance to have the home inspected, we followed through and brought in an inspector. That was the best advice ever!!! The inspection showed multiple issues with the home (placement of the water heater, HVAC check, irrigation system check, inactive electrical outlet, and more). I am so grateful that Sharmila was insistent on us getting the home inspected. Sharmila ensured that we did not close until the builder made all the needed updates and repairs to our home

Sharmila did a wonderful job helping sell my tenant-occupied home in Steiner Ranch. Despite being relatively new to the business, she marketed the property effectively to investors – a much smaller set of buyers – and I was pleasantly surprised when the house went under contract within days of listing with multiple offers.

The investor buyer hired her to represent them – good for her – but I was happy with the way she represented both parties fairly, responsively, and in an extremely organized and transparent manner.
