Highly recommend Kim who from start to finish was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Buying a home when you are not physically present to see the homes can be stressful, that was our case as we looked for a home in Florida, while living in another state. Kim showed us many different types of homes and reminded us that she works for us and until we are happy she will continue to look until we find the perfect home. We did find our home and are very happy with it. Working with Kim has been a great pleasure!

Houses were selling rapidly while we were searching and many houses did not suit our expectations or budget. Kimberly worked tirelessly for us until we found a marvelous house. Throughout the process she was available and patient with our many questions and constraints. She often picked out details in a house that would have been an issue in the future. She also understood the bidding process and how to close on an offer. Her connections in the Gainesville area also helped with the home-inspection, moving and minor renovations after our offer was accepted. We were so glad to meet Kimberly and work with her. Kim was outstanding from start to finish! She arranged for me to see the first showing of my home and had a contract signed by the end of the day, even though there were 7 other offers!

She went above and beyond.

She replied to every phone call or text message no matter how early, late and even on her days off.
She helped to coordinate inspectors, insurance agents and an amazing finance and title company.
