As Buyers: We were comfortable in our gorgeous four-bedroom townhouse until we realized our Dyslexic son approaching middle and high school would need better educational placement. Also, my aging mother and Autistic brother need more support. Finally, we needed a larger home with a yard for our fur babies and family members/teenagers - and FAST!

We moved to California ten years ago from Seattle, WA, where we always had a beautiful view of the water, mountains, and green forest. So, we wanted to find a home with a view of a lake and tall green trees to remind us of Seattle. Not necessarily easy to do here in the East Bay! Also, we wanted access to outdoor recreational activities. We had a tall order to fill!

Trizia had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single-family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented technologically, and made excellent use of her digital resources, as well as her personal network with other agents to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. She did not waste our time with homes out of our price range, or not in line with our needs. Instead, she focused on finding us a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the water, and we are thrilled!

As Sellers: Throughout this home buying process, she also managed to quickly sell our townhouse for an excellent price and terms! She was transparent with how she came up with the numbers, which really helped us understand 'strategic pricing'.

We found Trizia a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day using appropriate accommodations such as relay service, interpreters, emails, texts, Wavello, and paper/pen as we are Culturally Deaf. In addition, she made sure all people, including the Loan Officer, knew how to communicate with us or make accommodations. She even helped escrow locate a Notary who is highly fluent in American Sign Language. As a result, we never felt neglected or unimportant. On the contrary, we felt respected and valued as equals.
She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Trizia was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our townhouse to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm! I had a lot of fun working with her and her Marketing Team (Stager, Photographer, Graphics, etc.) to make my townhouse look charming and attractive.

We experienced several mishaps involving a couple appliances that caused us to panic. Trizia handled the situations calmly, and guided us through the process with confidence that things would work out. And they did! She provided us with valuable resources so we could resolve the issues quickly.
