Nicole Holland was born and raised in Yuba City and currently resides in Browns Valley with her husband and two children. She is a 4th generation Yuba-Sutter resident and her love of real estate runs as deep as her generational roots. Her father’s family has farmed in the area for nearly a century. Her maternal grandmother was a successful real estate broker in the 70s and 80s and helped develop several area projects.
Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing. A winning combination when it comes to designing a marketing strategy for your property.
She spent fifteen years as a Program Director, where she developed and fostered relationships with participants, vendors, faculty and staff as well as with her colleagues. She was recognized for her work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Nicole did a fabulous job representing me on a rehab project I did in Marysville. She knew just where to price the home to attract considerable attention, which lead to multiple offers and an eventual sales price above asking price and well above the previous sales Comps in the neighborhood. On top of her Real Estate knowledge, she is also a very genuine and caring person. It was clear she was much more concerned with making sure I was a satisfied Client than she was with making a commission. I will be using her again on future projects and would recommend her to anyone who wants a hard working, knowledgeable, and caring realtor.
