My husband was having to relocate from Bowling Green KY to Topeka KS. We had no idea where to really start, but Brittany jumped right in and calmed my anxiety to move to KS. The housing market was over the top short with inventory and very competitive. All the homes we wanted to look at where now OFF MARKET. Brittany was outstanding. She helped us move in from out of state. We came in town for a week to look for a home. She constantly informed us of what houses she had for us. She worked hard and explained everything to us answering all questions we had. She found us not just a house but the perfect house for us my wife was speechless when she saw it.
Brittany did all she could to get us into this house on time and helped get us coordinated from moving from Kentucky to Kansas. She kept up with us on moving in and after to make sure all was perfect!!

If you want an energetic, go getter, you need to work with Brittany!
We moved half way across the country and started working with her before we made the move. She was always available to talk, text, and even did a virtual showing through FaceTime!
She always went above our expectations, and was very knowledgeable about things that we weren’t familiar with due to the change in region. She asked questions we wouldn’t have thought of, and paid attention to details!
Once we found the right home for us and started the closing process, Brittany was always checking in and in communication with us! We really appreciated that!

She was awesome! Professional, reliable, kind, and hardworking! There were a couple times during the buying process where she needed to stick up for me. Thank goodness she's assertive otherwise the seller could have made off with paying for a lot less for the repairs and would have made off like a bandit! I'd definitely use her again!
