This was one of the most remarkable and professional home buying experiences I’ve had. Austin made everything so easy and such a smooth process. Making sure every small detail was worked out. He has went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and perfect. I would highly recommend and use Austin for anyone looking to buy or sell their home!!

Austin and his team did a great job throughout every step of the process when we sold our home. He made sure to call on Mondays and Fridays which helped us feel like we were kept in the loop with everything and there were many times him and I were on the phone with each other at night. He worked tirelessly and we were fortunate to work with him. 10/10 would recommend Austin and NextHome to anyone who is in the process or looking to buy/sell their house.

If I could give Austin more than five stars I absolutely would. I could not be happier with the work of Austin and his team. My situation with the sale of my mother’s house was full of issues and detours to deal with, but Austin willingly tackled it all with eagerness and a refreshingly positive attitude. He did everything he could to make things as easy on me as possible. I looked forward to his reliable Monday and Friday updates. He encouraged communication and constantly let me know that he was on the job working to make the sale go as quickly and easily as possible. I greatly look forward to continue working with Austin as my wife and I shop for our next home.

We cannot say enough good things about working with Austin for our recent home purchase. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and there is a lot we didn't know. Austin was patient with us as he walked us through the process. We looked at several houses with him and our offer was accepted on the first house we put on offer on. As we approached our closing date, he and his team did an amazing job of keeping us informed on next steps and made the transaction easy. He is also very accessible, returning calls and texts quickly. Austin went above and beyond for us and we would recommend him to anyone!

Austin did a fantastic job. He turned a 35 day job into a 12 day job because of a lender from out state giving us a lot of trouble. He went out of his way to get a local lender to come thru on a loan for the buyer because the lender from out of state was causing so much trouble.

Austin provided us with an excellent experience as we looked for our first home. He made us feel totally comfortable with our home-buying decision. He was highly knowledgeable about the quality of the homes we looked at and provided great insights all throughout the process. Helped me acquire three new rental properties and also helped me with all the negotiations, repair credits, extensions everything that I needed to move the sale along and get it to the closing table from the contractors, title company, property managers, etc. He has a lot of experience as a commercial investor himself.
