Charles is like family now! He was so giving with his time and vast knowledge of real estate. He took us on a beautiful journey from beginning to end. He also went beyond the call of duty. As a United States veteran, he specialized in helping us with the ins and outs of different benefits. It didn't end there, even after the closing process he was still there for my family. I would definitely go with Charles anytime... every time... whenever you have real estate needs, he's the one to go with. You'll feel like you have a trusted friend on your side.

There really are no words for the amount of hard work that this man did for my family and I. His work ethic and networking put me in my first home and I will not hesitate to recommend his services to any family friend or stranger. This is the third house Charles has helped us buy or sell. He has been with us at every step and beyond. At times he appears to be more like an elite concierge, giving advice and recommendations on all aspects, including dog sitters and tax CPA’s.
However the greatest complement I can give is the way that he always provides information so that WE (my wife and I) could make our own decisions. Even if he was not in agreement, he allowed us to chose what we felt right, and then did whatever he could to make it happen.

If you are looking for a new home or looking to invest a property, Charles is the man! He is responsive, knowledgeable, and talented. In my experience, it was a buyer's market and finding a place which fits my criteria was challenging. But Charles managed to do it. Another amazing thing about Charles, he is very well-connected. If you need a home inspection or a plumber, Charles knows someone. Not only that, Charles always gives his honest opinion and different perspective that will help you choose your next home. Charles really went above and beyond for me on my first home purchase. Over the course of what ended up being 81 days, we saw 23 homes and had 12 offers rejected. With each rejection in this hot seller's market, Charles was there to comfort and reassure me that my dreams could be achieved. Offer #13 happened to be the lucky one that did it and I'm so happy for Charles being there every step of the way through the ups and downs. He never let me hang my head and you could tell he really cared about MY goals.

Charles went above and beyond at every step of the process, as well as before and after. From the very first day, his honesty, integrity, and hard-work won us over, and he never stopped until we found a home we were happy with. He was constantly on the lookout for places in our price range and needs even in the months before we made a bid. He made sure that we had a pre-approval for our mortgage so our offer would be more likely to be accepted. He was with us at every step of the process, responding to emails and phone calls promptly (even when after hours). He even went out of his way to appear at our closing, and signing of documents even though he did not need to be there, and made sure to inspect the premises personally to make sure that the sellers had done everything asked of them. Even after closing, he has kept in contact to make sure that even little issues are addressed and that we are fully satisfied. I have never met anyone so dedicated and professional to his client.

Charles not only walked us through our home buying experience every step of the way he went above and beyond for us.
When we first started the Home Buying process it went smoothly but as we got hit with the COVID pandemic and everything was put at to a standstill in the middle of escrow our stress level began to rise to say the least.
Charles not only stood by our side to make sure things got completed as soon as physically possible he made sure everyone stayed on board and completed the closing of our Home.
