It had been a while since last purchasing a home, so we needed someone to walk us through all the steps to home buying as well as someone to coordinate with the sellers’ agent. Thanks to Karla’s referrals to quality lenders and home inspectors, we had our finances ready and our first offer was accepted quickly, with subsequent negotiations for repairs or credits for repairs once the inspection was completed. Closing was completed timely in about 30 days, and she coordinated repairs and follow ups directly with seller’s vendors.

We really enjoyed working with Karla! She is easy and pleasant to work with and offers a lot of helpful tips along the way.
