With over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry I have been able to familiarize myself with loan products that allow me to be attuned to the needs of my clients and referral partners. Everyone has unique story, what might be good for one is not necessarily the best for another. Through knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA Rural Development loans in addition to First Time Homebuyer Grants, I am able to hear that story and accommodate that need. With the experience of processing and underwriting underneath me I work well with my processors and underwriters on getting your loan done efficiently and in a timely manner. Two years ago I contacted Kelsi to refinance our home. She came highly recommended. At that time it did not make the most sense. With the current interest rates I thought I would revisit the process. Kelsi made such a lasting impact that I sought her help again. She explained every step of the process and answered all questions I had. Kelsi went above and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was easy to get in contact with if we had questions. We were undecided on multiple pieces of our refinance and she worked through each scenario with us pointing out pros and cons. In the end Kelsi helped us to find what would work best for us. Kelsi was WONDERFUL! She walked me through the entire process of financing step by step. I was kept in the loop through every step of the way. I never had any questions to ask since she had already provided the answers before I had a chance to think of the questions.
