As a first responder family, we wanted a realtor knowledgeable in all the resources available to us, while also helping us find the option that actually made sense for our situation. We found Haley and learned she came with a full team that exceeded our expectations. Rather than push us, they pushed FOR us - from submitting offers to running numbers to making sure our documents weren’t out of the ordinary, they made sure we were taken care of. We loved their efficiency, flexibility, honesty and genuine understanding of our wants and needs for our home purchase. We are looking forward to using Haley and her team again in the future!

Haley was knowledgeable, helpful and dependable throughout our home-buying process. We were first time homebuyers and had a lot of questions. Haley made sure that we felt comfortable and understood each step of the process and was available when we needed support or guidance. She advocated for us with other realtors and home builders, and although we didn’t end up with the journey we expected, we felt confident that she would help us get just what we needed. We ended up in a house that was MORE than we had hoped for and and extremely grateful for all of her hard work and support!

Haley and Ashley are an amazing team! They helped us so much in the last couple of years! Whether it was from setting up parameters in our dream areas or walking us through the selling process, they were there for us every step of the way! Literally at all hours of the day they would answer any questions or talk me off a ledge! They are realistic and aggressive with getting your needs met! They are amazing community supporters and give back to the law enforcement families working with them. They will meet you anywhere to make it easier on your life. So if you need to sign paperwork and you are at work, they will come to you! If you have an odd question at 2am and you are up because you are on an overnight schedule, they will not call you crazy for a late night text. Ashley would even wait to call me with important information until after 11am because she knew I wasn’t a morning person and my husband was on overnights. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone I know and highly suggest you don’t wait to give them a call!

Haley and Hillary were so hands on during our home buying process. They were at every meeting, signing, and always had tips and tricks from their experience to help us get what we wanted. We felt so powerful having them next to us during this process. They will fight you you like you’re their own. We highly recommend AZ Blue Line Homes!!

As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect especially in this market. We didn’t know the first thing about buying or even starting to look for a home. Haley and Hillary worked with our opposite schedules and were super patient and understanding with our wants and needs. Even after closing, I’d reached out to Hillary with questions or concerns and she picked up the phone right away and was happy to help. I feel like I can still reach out for anything. They definitely made the process easy and we will be using them again and again.

Haley and her associates Ashley and Hilary work seamlessly together to provide excellent service. They go above and beyond when prepping the house for sale - making useful suggestions for minor repairs or redecorations. They even stage the property ready for the photographer. Throughout the process of selling our house and buying a new one, they were always responsive and helpful. Our house sold went on the market on Thursday and we had an offer by Sunday. Very impressed.

Haley also knows lots of useful people like contractors and plumbers who can help with any issues that might come up during the inspection process. On the day we moved out we had an unexpected plumbing issue and Haley managed to find a plumber who was at the house within an hour - and he didn't charge an arm and leg for the service either.

Haley is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. We felt lucky to find Haley. She has a great team that included Hillary, so there was always someone available to help us at any time. Haley also has solid partnerships with other vendors that gave us honest perspectives on certain situations that came up with the house. 10000% recommend Haley!! Thank you!!

Haley is very knowledgeable, made the entire process easy, answered all of the questions I had and explained everything thoroughly.
