Julie helped us find the perfect home for our family in 2023. I knew Julie would be a great buyer’s agent with the first showing. Julie brings a lot of experience, local connections, and thorough understanding of the local realty market. Through our time working together, we came to appreciate her attention to detail, quick communication, and the way she always follows through. Although our experience of finding the right home took years, Julie never made us feel pressured to buy and when we got discouraged, she assured us that sometimes the process takes a while. When we were ready to make an offer, Julie helped guide us through the process efficiently and successfully. I would choose to work with Julie again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great buyer’s agent.

There's alot of stress when buying a house. On top of it, I happen to be paralyzed from the chest down and lived four hours away from the house I purchased. Providing documents to the lender was the most stressful for me. But Julie was a tremendous help in the whole process.

Julie is a friendly person. She smiles, laughs, and matches your energy. She went above and beyond to find answers, locate contractors for various work to the house, and she connected me with public services to get the house utilities in my name. I let her communicate with my lender to make things easier for me. She does her job very well. If she doesn't know something, she will search it out in a timely fashion. She made signing documents and paying earnest payment a simple task. She plays fair. Towards the very end, she got the closing cost lowered for me by $1500. So thank you, Julie. She is flexible, listens, and makes good use of her time. You will like working with this young lady.

The evening before closing the house we were selling sustained significant tornado damage, during the insurance, repair and final closing processes, Julie provided extrodinary service and managed all parties with patience, grace and a positive attitude. I highly recommend Julie!

Julie did a great job for us as we sold our home. She took the time to listen to us about what our hopes were and then encouraged us to get the work done that needed to happen to get our home sold quickly. She helped us stage our home in such a beautiful way.
She knows the housing environment so that we could price our house correctly to make sure it sold right away. When little questions or issues would come up, she helped us get through them and put us at ease.
