We have been using the Villaire Group to buy and sell our houses for years. When selling they were able to get us a really great price for our house, and when buying they've been able to get us the most house for our money. Both Justin and Sabrina are very professional and I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs. I sincerely hope our next house is the last one we'll ever need, but if we DO decide to sell again, they will get our business! Before we sold our house this time, we decided to give a "friend" the opportunity to sell our house. That was a grave mistake, one we learned from after listing our house and not having it marketed properly and not selling for 5 months in a sellers market! Once that contract ended, we called Justin. Justin was easy to work with and made selling my house as easy as possible. I love the app he used for scheduling showings. I was able to approve or edit showings while at work, and as soon as he requested them. He is great with advertising, communicating, and answering questions I had. I had five offers within a few days of my house going up. He explained all offers in detail and helped me make the best decision. Would recommend!
