We just closed on our first home, and Dana was great every step of the way. She always answered questions quickly and throughly. First time home buying is very confusing with the terminology and how the process worked, and I'm sure I was a pain in the neck with all my questions, but she never got fustrated wirh me and was good at clarifying info. She was also really quick about scheduling viewings. She was also very helpful at closing where there was question about the loan. The seller had something left behind as well and was very helpful of getting us directly in contact with the seller to get them their things that were dropped.

Dana is amazing! She is extremely hard working. She was so helpful every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and has great communication. Dana is also a very kind and charming person. Dana made buying a home super easy. She worked with are schedules on when I could go to a viewing. Made sure that I understood the the paperwork and what needed to be done. She would check up on everyone involved making sure things where getting done on time. All in all if I ever purchase another home I will be calling her.

Before working with Dana we had tried a few different agents and none seemed interested in helping us, it was so frustrating. We feel so lucky we finally found Dana and she helped us through the process of buying our first home. She could not be more knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so nice on top of it! If we could give her 100 stars we would, needless to say we'd definitely work with her in the future and refer her to anyone needing an A+ realtor!

As a first time homeowner I knew next to nothing going into the house shopping/purchasing process. Dana was very helpful in sharing knowledge as we toured houses and explaining different things to pay attention to, where money was going to need to be spent, where money would be saved, things that should be updated, etc. During the closing process her knowledge and experience was highly valuable. I would highly recommend using Dana to find your perfect home and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Dana faced a difficult task selling my house as it was a very big, old house with some clear trouble spots. Dana did a great job pricing the home correctly, working very hard showing it, as well as being very responsive to my concerns. She also worked hard at the end to tie up the loose ends.

Danna put up with a lot. I had secured financing before we started looking, once we had an accepted offer that financing fell through. She acted fast and found me a new lender that was able to pull everything together in time. I chose Dana as my realtor because she was a friend from school, I will continue to choose Dana because she is an excellent realtor.
