I was a first time home buyer and I was so uneducated about the process. I had a price budget for my purchase and she went out of her way to make sure I looked at homes I could afford. I didn't ever feel pressured to buy. She would always tell me while looking "Ashley, when you know you will know" And it took me a year to know.
