Corey Mock fought for me to get my house more than any recently met stranger probably should have. I met him through the realtor.com page when I started the process for my house, and was initially nervous cause I had never heard of Nexthome Legendary Properties before. Within the first week, I knew that I had found my guy, and that he was going to do everything he could to get me in my home. Corey assisted with coming up with my initial offer price, making contact with difficult local realtor, and then spent the next 6 weeks helping me fight one of the world's biggest banks to stop their aggressive loan tactics, and find me the best percentage for my mortgage possible. It will take some some time to heal from the first one, but I will surely be coming back to Corey when it is time to purchase another property. You will not find anyone that will work for you harder than he will.

Corey was an outstanding agent. From the first day to the last, he blew all of our expectations out of the water. He welcomed us graciously, and spent many hours guiding us through the house buying and selling process. Even when we were not sure what we were doing and had questions that may have seemed clueless, he took great care to help us out and everything. we can’t name a time when there wasn’t a smile on his face for the offer to help us through this process. I have recommended him to everyone who needs a real estate agent, and will continue to do so.

What a wonderful experience, working with Corey. It really felt like an old dear friend was taking care of us. There wasn’t anything he wasn’t right on top of, able to fully and understandably explain, and able and willing to take care of. He really allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience of finding our home. As with most things in life, there were a few things out of our control that came out of the blue and might’ve turned out to have been negatives, but he took them in stride, made sure everything worked out and that we got just what we had been looking for and hoping for. Without hesitation and with great enthusiasm, I recommend Corey Mock for a great and successful Real Estate experience.

I cannot recommend Corey enough! From the start of our home search until we had the keys, he was so much fun to work with. He worked hard to find us a home that hit all of the things that were important to us. Anytime there was a new listing he thought we might like he sent it over, and responded right away when there was a home we were interested in. He worked at our pace, until we found the perfect place! He knows his stuff and made us feel comfortable and confident through the entire process of buying our first home.

Corey was very easy and great to work with. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. He was available when we needed and was willing to swing by the house and help with anything he recommended us fixing before we listed. Corey set a price for our house that made it sell quickly and we got more than we asked for with multiple offers! With buying our new home he worked wonderfully with the other realtor to keep our offer competitive among multiple offers. I would recommend Corey for your home selling and buying needs in the future. We have no intention of moving again, but would be happy to use Corey in the future if need be!

Corey was able to guide us through the process of selling our previous home and buying our new home at the same time. For both transactions Corey handled everything as well as possible as far as our family is concerned.
