Kim is nothing short of perfection when it comes to real estate. My wife and family started our journey into purchasing a lake home and Kim was there to answer our call. Being over 90 minutes away, Kim was our eyes and ears for the whole process. She jumped on any house we were interested in, Face Timed us while at the properties and gave very honest and unfiltered answers about the market. With a market so hot, Kim was and is our first choice to purchase a house from. She got to know our family, not as clients, but as part of her family as well. And that helped the stressful process of putting in multiple offers on hoses.
Kim is a workhorse and phenomenal at her job. She searched not only for a home, but connections for boats, cable/TV and internet, making our work a little less stressful. She even adds some personal touches when closing time happens........Thanks Kim!!

I have never had a more pleasant experience in selling a home. Kim was wonderful. She kept me in the loop, helped me solve problems, and was always there ready to assist with anything that I needed. She also sold my home very quickly and brought buyers to view as soon as it was listed. I enjoyed working with Kim and I definitely would recommend her to others.

Choose Kim as your realtor! You will not be disappointed. Kim was absolutely exceptional! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move rapidly on buying a house. Seriously, we were only able to give her about a two-week notice. Not only was Kim kind, patient, and understanding, she also worked long and odd hours to help us find the right place for us. She was responsive, returning every call or message within the business day, and very informative, empowering us to make educated and careful decision even within our short time window.
