I had no idea what a wonderful decision I was making when I asked Steve Hurley to help me sell my house. I had never sold a house before. So I chose a friend who had worked with me in other settings. Not knowing about what would be a fair price, I was intent on having it established by the market. Steve's approach matched my intent perfectly. As we worked together, I realized that I could trust him to be honest and to explain carefully the rationale for any recommendations he made. Perhaps what reassured me the most was his very open appreciation of my home. He clearly valued it as much as I did. As time passed, the market slowed from its original peak. Steve collected the data we needed to be able to develop a price that would reflect the market and also be fair to me. Recently I sold my house confident that through working with Steve, the final price reflected the true value of my lovely home and also was very fair to me. I have no regrets and even feel like patting myself on the back. All is well!
