My God, where do I begin. I remember the first night Ms. Brenda called me, I had saw an ad on Instagram about finding the perfect realtor, and I honestly didn’t think it would work. That was literally the BEST thing I could’ve ever done. I explained to her how she was the FIFTH realtor I had been in contact with (I’ve been on this journey since 2021), and she told me she would take care of me. She did not lie, and she definitely didn’t disappoint. If I remember correctly, she called me at the end of March, the end of May, I closed on my home. She has taught me patience, and she’s definitely gained a nuisance (myself) FOREVER. I could never ever thank her enough. She made my process so easy and always reassured me that I would know my home when I walk into it. The one day I decided to take my daughter to look at homes with me is when I found out forever home. She has helped me in ways that she will never understand. Ms. Brenda, I thank you sooooo much. From the bottom of my heart. From Alexis and A’Ryon, you are very well appreciated. Ms Brenda is not only very professional and she provided excellent service. She made feel like I was a part of her family and she was very invested in my process. I had to buy a home in a very short period of time and she patiently and lovingly took my family and I from one home to the other. We saw about 20 homes in less than a week. Mrs. Brenda Brown is what I would call the Realtor of Year! Mrs. Brown understood our every need to purchase our new home. She gave us valuable in sight to what to look for when purchasing a home. Mrs.
Brown accommodated her schedule to fit our schedule. Her communication with us was a key point, she called, texted an emailed us with informative information throughout the entire process. She was very passionate about what role she played in assisting us with purchasing our new home. Mrs. Brown even went to bat for with the seller to give us an extension as it was needed do to our lender’s tardiness. My opinion she was a realtor angel sent from heaven! I am glad to have had Mrs. Brenda as my realtor, as she has consistently remained professional. Mrs. Brenda had a sense of knowing what I was looking for in a home and at times advised me of homes that she knew would not be of interest to me. This shaved off some time in my search. Good relationships are important. Especially when you are considering a realtor. Brenda Brown assures the client that good communication is an important part of the process. The diligence to stay on top of each detail builds that trust and dependability one can rely on during this venture. With that being said, this realtor is self motivated, pays attention to detail and understands the local housing market. Her team approach with the client is a management style that solves problems and builds successes.
