We cannot recommend Barbara enough! We briefly toyed with the idea of trying to sell our 'By Owner' to save some money, but in retrospect we are very thankful we decided to put our trust in Barbara. Barbara was exemplary! At every level from outstanding and beautiful marketing to guiding us through the contract and real estate laws. Her expertise was invaluable. Her recommendations from photographer to inspectiors were spot on.. True professionals. She was very understanding of he stress of moving across the country after 27 years. The escrow was challenging and she had our backs at every bump in the road. We would not hesitate to have her represent us in any real estate transactions in the future. By far the best experience I've had with real estate. Barbara made it her personal task to get my family the best outcome in selling our home. The staging process and pictures taken before putting our house on the market were above our expectations. Barbara worked well past normal business hours to ensure us our sale was on track and accurate, getting us revisions and reports as soon as they were available. She is patient and understanding every step of the way and always ended up proving that all of her suggestions and premonitions were right on point. My only complaint is that she can't represent me across the country for my next real estate purchase.
