This was a journey that took over two years and included more than 25 house viewings. Chris assisted us before we moved from Ohio, during the move and after the move to find an apartment while we continued our home search. Throughout the entire grueling process, Chris showed exceptional patience, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. Of all the homes we saw, Chris always showed up ahead of schedule and ready. Chris was never afraid to check out attics , crawl spaces and other areas to provide us with an honest feedback about the home especially we were new home buyers and aside from social media videos, relied heavily on Chris’s expertise and judgement.
Chris consistently demonstrated trustworthiness, excellent communication, and a commitment to meeting our needs. She took the time to listen, ask the right questions, and provide thoughtful, creative solutions. Whether it was a phone call or an email, Chris was always available and responsive.

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. Over the course of three to four months working to establish our retirement home in VA (from a State 2000 miles away), Chris not only kept pace along the way, she set the pace and kept on top of it 150%. Beginning with the idea of buying land and building a home of my own design, Chris searched high and low for the right property and builder. Chris and Mike were the best realtors we have worked with, and my husband and I have purchased 10 homes. They were patient in showing us multiple houses, on multiple occasions, and made us feel like we were their only clients. We appreciated Mike’s attention to detail in pointing out things about the house that other realtors might not have spotted or just wouldn’t alert their clients to.
