We had a roller coaster ride trying to find the perfect place and after Losing out on a couple of homes, due to this crazy market we are in, we finally found the best house for us and our family. Chris was helpful to us because we are new to Stafford and knew nothing about the area, she helped us get oriented and gave us recommendations for best places to shop and eat and things to do with the kids. I don’t think I have enough great descriptive words to tell you how amazing Chris is. I lived three hours from the place I moved to, and she literally could tell me about neighborhoods, schools, and great places to go. She can walk into a house and know exactly what to look for but never offered an opinion without being asked. Really, we came up almost every weekend to look at houses and she always, and I mean always, found a way to have us see the homes we liked, and even had her broker meet us when she couldn’t! She was always available through text, and had even more information than our bank did when it came to our million questions about house closing! I’ve been around real estate people for a long time and I can honestly tell you Chris really does go over and beyond for her clients. Also, she’s truly a kind and thoughtful person, a rare find.
