Mike did an incredible job helping us sell our home, from start to finish. Within 30 minutes of submission for area realtors through the Ramsey network, we received a text and email response and had a personalized book (literally, a hardback book) with details about our home value and recent sales sitting on our doorstep the next morning. Our initial meeting was very thorough with a breakdown of value range, recommended updates/repairs, and the way forward for a successful sale. We were convinced that he was our agent within minutes of his arrival. As the sale approached, he provided regular guidance with various aspects of sale prep and personally helped with rebuilding a deck and fence. His recommendations for staging and updates greatly increased the value of our home and resulted in a sale on the first day of listing to the first buyers viewing the house, above asking price. We cannot recommend Mike as a selling agent enough and highly recommend any future sellers adhere to ALL his advice. You will not be disappointed!

When you meet him the first time, you will witness a professional presentation perhaps, the best you’ve ever seen. The photographer from his team took the best pictures I’ve seen on any of the sites where homes available are advertised and we received an offer on the first open house, and we sold above the asking price. Really enjoyed working with Mike and his team to sell our house. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. We were interested in doing some improvements to get a better offer, and had a lot of questions on where we should focus the funds to maximize the benefits. Mike helped us prioritize projects, find contractors that were fairly priced, checked in to make sure the repairs were going well, and ultimately helped us sell our house for a great price! Mike has been the best agent I could ever ask for as a first time homebuyer, and now seller. He is super thorough, detail oriented, and knowledgeable about many aspects of home construction and the real estate process. When I was searching for a home, he would point out everything in the home from the kind of flooring, looking under sinks at pipes, checking all the systems out to even walking through the attic space. He made sure small details were brought to my attention. I learned a lot about what to look for and look out for in homes. As a young homeowner I couldn’t appreciate that more. With long distance buying and selling, they were there to assist if anything came up including taking us to train station or checking on house. More than a Realtor. Mike went way above and beyond expectations for a realtor. He was always on top of things and represented our interest as his own. Quick to respond for showings and proactive on each step of the process, from providing listing of desired homes to closing. Very professional services with advise on home conditions, financial options and purchase proposals. I've had several buyer agents from past purchases and none compare to the performance given by NextHome Mission. A must to have on your side if searching for homes in the northern VA area.
Mike is an amazing realtor. He definitely inspired me to want to do this as a career-but maybe later down the road. Mike was very patient and made sure if homes were not right or the layout of the land were off - he always took the time to research. And never once forced you to overbid on a home. Some realtors only care about quickly selling you the home and would not waste their time on you. Mike never gave that impression and he was very helpful and patient in the crazy market it is now.
