Jason went above and beyond to help me with this move 2700 miles . I could never been able to afford a move that far away. The software program was not great I he called he wouldn’t leave a message. My agent quickly referred me to Jason. Thank God. Jason talked to me when needed any time of day. My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and had numerous question about the homebuying process. We are the type of people who love to research their task before an attempt. The homebuying process turned out to be a different beast than we anticipated. We made the decision to find a mortgage broker and searched for someone who was honest and patient. After calling around and chatting with a few mortgage brokers, including one who was recommended by a realtor, Jason turned out to be the only one who didn't seem like he a better place to be during our initial conversation. This is a very hot real estate market as everyone is aware, however this is the biggest purchase we'll make in our lives so we wanted more information about the process and what to expect. The other brokers didn't to spend more than a few minutes on the phone and instead tried to pawn us off on their assistants the second I asked a question. Jason, however, was very patient with us and answered each of our questions honestly and openly. We were so pleased with him after the initial conversation that we knew once we hung up the phone he was our choice. Along the process Jason, Michelle, Rachel and the rest of the team were available to us when we needed and very responsive to our questions and concerns even despite two of the team having a bout with Covid. The team made sure we were submitting the correct documents as they required. Closing was a very smooth process and we appreciate Jason and team for their hard work.
