We closed on our first home about a month ago and Shelley and her team helped to navigate the whole stressful process through all the ups and downs. Shelley was extremely up front and transparent about the whole process and she and her team were always available to help. Shelley was very proactive in helping to ensure that we preempted any possible issues sellers might have had in dealing with a VA home loan and work with our loan officer seamlessly through out the whole process to ensure there were no unexpected problems. The communication through the whole process was always excellent and allowed us to feel confident with exactly how things were progressing. Shelley's personal touches to help us celebrate our first home were also really appreciated and made the final closing day that much more special. Pinda helped us buy our first house. She was responsive at all times and we had a difficult seller but Pinda was very patient and helped us to close. Earlier in the year, I was traveling from the SF Bay Area to WA almost weekly in an attempt to find a place to live while relocating for work. I met Pinda at an Open House and found her to be engaging, knowledgeable, generous with her time, and thoughtful to my living requirements. She not only provided excellent recommendations to homes, condos and townhouses to view, but shared her thoughts honestly on neighborhoods and the properties; this feedback was invaluable especially with me not being familiar to the WA area.
Over a bit of time, she instinctively knew what my tastes were in neighborhoods, the layout of a property I would prefer, and still keeping my price range in mind.
Then Covid hit and it became a bit more difficult for me to come back to WA. Knowing this, Pinda graciously offered to help further by scheduling to see places on my behalf, taking in-depth videos and again providing valuable feedback. She negotiated with other realtors on my behalf and stood her ground when she felt "things were not right."
Given the current Covid environment it took several months to find a place to call home, but I can honestly say this would not have possible without Pinda's help.
