Joshua did splendid work for us in selling our piece of land. Not being Floridians, our concern was with not knowing the Florida market or maybe understanding all its real estate regulations. He walked us through the details involved in working from a distance such as: using digital signings, the ins and outs of the local market and working with the title company for the closing. Joshua worked tirelessly from day one to help us in the sale process. He began by providing detailed information and assistance of preparing our home for sale. Then during showings he was careful to let us know when showings would take place, always respecting our privacy if a particular showing date or time was inconvenient for us. He walked us through contract options, staying on top of deadlines and extensions. Even after he located a buyer and closing had occurred, he continued to be available to help direct the logistics of our move out and completing the transfer process to new buyers. But best of all, he did all this while showing us tremendous patience and respect, as well as consistently showing respect to potential buyers! He was truly amazing! Thank you Joshua!

Josh helped us out a lot when we sold our home and bought a new one. He was always there to answer any questions we had. He was quick to get back with us when we texted him. He also quickly scheduled an appointment for any home we were interested in. I would definitely recommend Josh if you are interested in selling or buying a home.

Joshua was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking for houses in. He Showed us several great options before we found "Our House". He was always prompt to meet us at scheduled times. We were new to the home buying process and he was able to answer any and all questions we had about the process. His excellent negotiating skills were able to get us a great deal on the house we loved. After Closing, he even gave us a tour of the downtown area, giving us information about the history and where the best places to eat were.
